Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, it begins when the last item is received.

To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to Beer of Satoshi GmbH, Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Cologne, Germany, or info@beerofsatoshi.com before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn order, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions and product condition

Statutory exceptions apply, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Opened bottles cannot be resold. This does not affect rights relating to defective, incorrect or damaged goods.

Preorders, damage and defects

For a preorder that has not shipped, contact us promptly with the order number. The statutory withdrawal period after receipt remains unaffected. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, keep the goods and packaging and send photos; statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
