Shipping policy

We ship only to destinations for which Shopify checkout offers a shipping method for the selected products and delivery address. A country shown in the country selector does not by itself guarantee delivery.

Rates and carriers

Available carriers, shipping prices, taxes, duties and estimated delivery times are calculated from the cart and address and shown before payment. Germany is normally served by DHL. International services, including FedEx where available, appear only when checkout can offer them. We do not promise fixed rates or delivery-duty-paid shipping unless checkout expressly states this.

Dispatch and preorders

Genesis Lager ships from available stock. The order confirmation contains the current fulfillment information. Beer of Satoshi Zero is a paid preorder with planned shipment beginning in Q1 2027; the exact dispatch date will be shared by email before fulfillment.

Genesis and Beer of Satoshi Zero ship separately when ordered together. Genesis ships from available stock; Zero is a paid Q1 2027 preorder. Checkout calculates and charges shipping separately for both shipments. Other orders containing several packs may also arrive in more than one parcel. Event pickup is not currently offered.

International orders

For deliveries outside the applicable customs or tax area, import taxes, duties or carrier fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Local import and alcohol-delivery restrictions remain the customer's responsibility.

Damage or loss

If a parcel is damaged, photograph the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected bottles before discarding anything, then contact info@beerofsatoshi.com with the order number. Prompt reporting helps us pursue the carrier; it does not limit statutory rights.
