Shipping policy

Genesis Lager and Beer of Satoshi Zero are currently delivered to Germany and Austria. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and do not require parcel shipping.

Shipping costs and tracking

Delivery is by DHL, insured and tracked. The total shipping charge for your products and delivery address is shown at checkout before payment. You receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Dispatch and preorders

Genesis Lager ships from available stock. Beer of Satoshi Zero is a paid preorder with dispatch planned for Q1 2027. We will email the exact dispatch date before fulfillment. Event pickup is not currently offered.

Damage or loss

If a parcel is damaged, photograph the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected bottles before discarding anything, then contact info@beerofsatoshi.com with the order number. Prompt reporting helps us pursue the carrier; it does not limit statutory rights.
